The appellant has filed the compilation on 24^th October, 2016 as a proposal for elaborating prayer (c) of appeal no. 653/2014. As a matter of fact the prayer is in the nature of the application. The learned counsel for the appellant states that the same be read as application for proposal for elaborating prayer (c) of the main appeal. The said liberty is accordingly granted. A copy of the compilation has already been handed over to the learned counsel for the respondent who seeks four weeks time to file the reply. Let the same be filed within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, be filed two weeks thereafter.

He submits that the property involved in the present appeal was also part of the said appeal and therefore the file of the said matter be called for the next date of hearing. Registry is directed accordingly.
