The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states
that he is not able to take instruction in the matter as the copy of the application and documents were supposed to be served in the Zonal Office which is at Ahmedabad. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that as per rules the copy has been duly served in advance to the learned counsel for the respondent which is already recorded in the last order. In order to avoid delay for disposal of appeal, the learned counsel for the appellant is agreeable without prejudice to serve another copy to the Zonal Office within one
