Reply has not been filed by the respondent. The learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out that the order dated 16^th July, 2015 passed by Special Judge for Greater Mumbai, wherein it was ordered that the accused no. 1 Shri Ramchandran Nair has been discharged u/s 239 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 from the offence u/s 3 read with section 4 of the PMLA.

The learned counsel for the appellant further stated that as per his knowledge this order has not been challenged by the respondent, which has attained finality. In these circumstance, the attached property is to be released to the appellant.
