The learned counsel for the appellant admits that there is a typing mistake in Page No. 1 where the OC is wrongly mentioned as 73/2010 instead of OC No. 157/2012. Actually the OC No. in the matters is 157/2012 which is mentioned at various places in the ground of appeal as well as in the impugned order. Thus, the same be read as OC No. 157/2012 in placed of 73/2010. The counsel for the respondent is not ready and sought adjournment which is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.
