It has been informed by both the parties that petitions filed by the appellant before the High Court of Gujarat have been decided on 18^th March, 2016 even the oral order has been produced. Now the matter is to be decided on merit. It appears from the record that there are many miscellaneous petitions are pending. Both the parties agreed that in order to avoid any delay instead of deciding the miscellaneous petitions, let the appeal be decided by fixing the date of hearing.
