After filing the fresh appeal by the appellant under section 26 of
the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, the appellant has filed the application seeking stay of the order dated 22nd September, 2016 passed by the Adjudicating Authority in original compliant no. 588/2016. The said application was filed in the Registry on 24th November, 2016. The same be numbered. Issue notice in the appeal as well as in the stay application to the respondent. Mr. N.K. Matta, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and seeks time to file the replies to the same. Replies be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinders on or before the next date.
