Issue notice to the respondent. The fresh appeal has been filed under Section 26 of the PMLA 2002 by the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file reply. Let the reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter.

In view of the averments made in the interim application, the appellant had made a prima facie case for grounds of interim exemption. The counsel for the appellant states that till the next date of hearing, the appellant was not disposed off or create any third party interest in the attached property. Reply of this application be filed by the respondent

Subject to the undertakings both the parties shall maintain the status quo in respect of the land in question. The operation of the notice issued by the respondent under Section 8(4) of the PMLA 2002 shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
