He has however not appeared when the matter was taken up. Issue notice to the respondent. In view of the averments made in the application, the status quo passed in the operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed till 19th of December, 2016. Reply, if any, be filed in the meanwhile on behalf of the respondent.
