The present appeal has been filed by two appellants Namely Shri Ramachandra Rao and Shri SRI Prasanna Rao under Section 26 of Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002 against the order dated 9^th August 2016 passed in original complaint no. 580/2016. In view of the previous order passed by this Tribunal, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal may be treated as appeal filed on behalf of Shri Ramachandra Rao. He submits that the fresh appeal on behalf of Shri SRI Prasanna Rao would be filed within four weeks. The liberty sought is granted. This appeal is considered on behalf of Shri Ramachandra Rao. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks short adjournment for one week as he submits that he is engaged in the matter

very recently. He submits that the possession notice dated 2^nd September, 2016 has been issued against appellant which was received by appellant in the last week of September, 2016, thus it may be adjourned after one week. Counsel for the respondent has no objection.
