The fresh appeal has been filed by six appellants under section 26 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 against the impugned order dated 4^th August, 2016 pertaining to O.C. No. 594/2016. The appellant no. 2 & 3, as per the appeal, is Managing Director and Director of the appellant no. 1, respectively the appellant no. 4 and 5 is the wife of appellant no. 2 & 3 respectively and the appellant no. 6 is purchaser of the property. In view of the earlier order passed by this Tribunal the counsel for the appellant is agreeable to file the appeal on behalf of appellant no. appellant nos. 2 to 5. As far as appellant no. 6 is concerned, the said appellant is to file the separate independent appeal in accordance with law. He further submits that the present appeal may be considered as appeal filed by the appellant no. 1. A liberty of four weeks is

granted. The appellant no. 6 is deleted. Amended memo of parties be filed by the appellant no. 1. Issue notice of the appeal to the respondent filed on behalf of M/s Sangam Organics and Chemicals. The counsel for the appellant is directed to file complete set of paper books within two weeks. Liberty is given to the respondent to file the reply within six weeks thereafter. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within six weeks thereafter.
