This is an application of stay filed by the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent accepts the notice. Counsel for the appellant admits that no notice under Section 8(4) has been received by the appellant, and in case any notice is received by the appellant, he would immediately approach the tribunal pressing for an interim order.

The counsel for the respondent seeks time to file the reply. Reply be filed within six weeks with an advance copy to the learned counsel for the appellant who may file the rejoinder within four weeks thereafter. In case any notice is issued, liberty is granted to the appellant to mention the matter on filing of application. The respondent would also inform to
