The appellant has filed the appeal u/s 26 of the PML Act 2002 arising out from the order dated 2^nd May, 2016 whereby the Adjudicating Authority has confirmed the provisional attachment order in O.C. 283/2014.

Alongwith the appeal, the appellant has filed an application for condonation of delay. The reasons for the delay was given in para 3 to 8 in the application. The respondent is not opposing the same. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and delay is condoned. The application is accordingly disposed of.
