The appellant has failed to comply the last order dated 8^th September, 2016. When the matter is taken up, adjournment is sought on behalf of the appellant mainly on the ground that Mr. Dinesh Sarna, learned counsel for the appellant is not available due to personal difficulty. An adjournment is granted subject to cost of Rs. 2,500/-. The cost be paid by the appellant to the counsel for the respondent within four weeks from today. One final opportunity is granted to the appellant to appear on the next date of hearing and argue the matter. Interim order to continue subject the compliance of last order.
