Both the parties have made their submission. The suggestion is made by the appellant who is present in person to argue the matter that in case the attached property is returned to the appellant he is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. Between 95 lacs to 1 crore, subject to the final outcomes of the merit of the case. Although Mr. Dipak Kumar Sen is also insisting that he is only able to pay Rs. 95 lacs. Appellant also submits that he is not in a position to appear over and again due to financial constrain, bad health even his mother who is 106 years old is in ICU. The Learned Counsel for the respondent seeks 10 days of time to take the instructions from the department. In case the department is not agreeable to the suggestion made by the appellant, the appropriate order would be passed on merit. If the respondents’ response is in positive, the suggested order would be passed accordingly. List this matter
