The learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that in order dated 24th July, 2016, it was observed that amongst the attached properties there are two premises which are on rent and the appellant was directed to file the affidavit regarding the amount received by way of rent from these premises. No affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the appellant. Although, the learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that it has been mentioned in the rejoinder that now they are not receiving any rent from these properties. Let an affidavit should also be filed by the next date. The said aspect raised by the learned counsel for the respondent will also considered on the next date of hearing.
