The appellant has filed the appeal under Section 26 of the PMLA against the order dated 8^th April, 2016. The main contention of the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the respondent is that the order was passed on 12^th December, 2014. Is contrary to law as the Adjudicating Authority has no power to review its own order even there is no provision of review of order. After small hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant request for an adjournment.

As far as the interim order sought by the appellant is concerned learned counsel for the appellant has pointed out the order dated 23^rd May, 2015 passed in FPA-PMLA-582/JL/2014 and MP-PMLA/994/2014 wherein the operation of the notice dated 2^nd May, 2014 was stayed subject to depositing charges for use and occupation of the property at the rate of Rs. 50,000/- per month from May 2014.
