After filing the appeal the appellant has filed the application stating that the fine amount of Rs. 1 Lakh was paid to the respondent through Bankers Cheque in the name of ‘Pay & Account Officer, Department of Revenue, New Delhi’ which was imposed upon the appellant who had earlier challenged the order dated 4th September, 2016. The Counsel for the appellant submits that as the fine amount has been paid to the ‘Pay & Account Officer, Department of Revenue, New Delhi’. The appellant does not want to press the appeal. The appeal is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
