From the record it appears that respondent no. 2 to 5 is yet to be served. The appellant to take the necessary steps to serve him by Registered A.D. Post.

In the meanwhile, in view of the averments made in the stay application the operation of the impugned order dated 31^st August, 2015 shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing.
