The Writ Petition is filed for the following relief:

“….to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 not considering the representation of Petitioner dt. 19-12-2022 and 22-122022 for conversion from School Assistant (Biological Science) to School Assistant (Telugu), though the petitioner acquired qualification to hold such post and considered the petitioner's junior conversion from School Assistant (Biological Science) to School Assistant (Telugu) is arbitrary, discriminatory and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently declare that the petitioner is entitled for conversion from School Assistant (Biological Science) to School Assistant (Telugu) with all consequential benefits and to pass……”

The grievance of the Petitioner is that, her representations, dated 19.12.2022 and 22.12.2022, seeking subject conversion from the post of School Assistant (Biological Science) to the post of School Assistant (Telugu), on the ground that she is also qualified to hold the said post not been considered by the Official Respondents.

1. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that certain juniors to the Petitioner have also been considered for such subject conversion and, therefore, requests this Court to direct the

Official Respondents to consider and dispose of the

representations submitted by the Petitioner.

1. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, and without going into the merits of the claim or expressing any opinion thereon, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the Official Respondents to consider the representations, dated 19.12.2022 and 22.12.2022, submitted by the Petitioner seeking subject conversion from the post of School Assistant (Biological Science) to the post of School Assistant (Telugu), and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

1. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of .

1. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
