This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“to issue an order or direction or writ, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents not considering the representations dated 21.6.2024, 19.2.2026 of the petitioners and not repatriating the petitioners to quality control department as per the orders of the Honorable High court in W.P. 13985 of 2023, dated 6.7.2023, as highly arbitrary, illegal, null and void and against the principles of natural justice and violation of fundamental rights apart from Art. 300-A of the Constitution of India…”

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents have not considered the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 21.06.2024 and 19.02.2026, seeking their repatriation to the Quality Control Department in terms of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.13985 of 2023.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents have no objection to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 21.06.2024 and 19.02.2026 and to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a reasonable time.

Considering the submissions made by both the learned counsel,

without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners dated 21.06.2024 and 19.02.2026 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law and as per the record, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
