Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5th respondent in issuing the proceedings of Order of discontinuation of services (reliving orders) Dt. 06-03-2026 by reliving the petitioner from service on dt- 31-03-2026 without conducting any enquiry as envisaged and without giving him any opportunity of personal hearing as highly illegal, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice and also in violation of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent to continue the petitioner in service with ail consequential benefits by setting aside the proceedings of Order of discontinuation of services (reliving orders) Dt. 06-03- 2026 and to pass

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India

seeking the following relief:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that after filing of the Writ Petition, the Respondent Authorities considered the case of the Petitioner and continued him into service. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter and requested this Court to close the same.

Recording the submissions made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
