Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner rendered service for 11 years since 16.07.2015 in the respondents department, the respondents are now preparing not to extend his service further.

Learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that by virtue of status quo order dated 31.03.2026, the respondents may not continue the petitioner after expiring of the contract period.

Considering the said submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner until further order.

List after four weeks for filing counter.
