Pursuant to the Memo dated 27.10.2025 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Registry to list the matter for withdrawal, the writ petition is listed today under the caption “For Withdrawal”.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties have entered into a compromise and settled the matter in the City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and thereby, requests permission to withdraw the writ petition.
3. None appeared on behalf of the respondents to oppose the same.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, in this case shall stand closed.
