Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of 4th Respondent is not taking proper action for disposing the land ceiling cases i.e., LCC.NOS.6/75, 7/75, 8/75, 9/75, 10/75/ S. Kota, AND LCC.Nos.407/75/SKT, 339/75/VZM AND 551/75/ S.Kota pending before Revenue Divisional Officer cum Land Reforms Tribunal ,Vizianagaram District is illegal ,arbitrary and violation of letter and spirit of The Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms(Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973 and also violating the Articles 14,19,21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the 4th Respondent to taking proper action for disposing the land ceiling cases i.e., LCC.NOS.6/75, 7/75, 8/75, 9/75, 10/75/ S. Kota, AND LCC.Nos.407/75/SKT, 339/75A/ZM AND 551/75/ S.Kota pending before Revenue Divisional Officer cum Land Reforms Tribunal ,Vizianagaram District, dispose of the cases as expeditious as possible by fixing time bound and pass

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 4^th respondent in not disposing of the ceiling cases i.e., LCC Nos.6/75, 7/75, 8/75, 9/75, 10/75/ S.Kota and LCC Nos.407/75/SKT, 339/75/VZM and 551/75/ S.Kota pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer-cumLand Reforms Tribunal, Vizianagaram District.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 18.03.2026 submits that the reports from the concerned officers are awaited and the file is under process. Therefore, for disposal of the LCC cases six months time may be granted and if so, by following the due procedure the 4^th respondent will be in a position to dispose of the same.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 4^th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the land ceiling cases pending in LCC Nos.6/75, 7/75, 8/75, 9/75, 10/75/ S.Kota and LCC Nos.407/75/SKT, 339/75/VZM and 551/75/ S.Kota strictly in accordance with law by hearing all the parties concerned including the petitioner and upon verification of the records, appropriate decision shall be taken on

their own merits as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of five (5) months from the date of receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The written instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 18.03.2026 shall be made as part of the court record. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
