The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India seeking the following relief:

“… to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus to declaring the inaction of respondents particularly 3rd respondent in not granting police protection / aid to the petitioner for harvesting the standing maize crop in the Petitioners land in RS N 374/2 admeasuring Ac 200 cents situated at Chakrayagudem Village Pedavegi Mandal Eluru District In pursuant to the petitioners representation dated 12 03 2026 in spite of the subsisting interim orders of this Honble Court in W P No 3688/2024 and WP No Survey WP No 11881 of 2024 as illegal arbitrary unjust and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India

consequently direct respondents 2 and 3 herein to provide adequate police aid and protection to the petitioner for entering upon the schedule land harvesting and transporting the maize crop standing therein and to ensure that Unofficial respondents 4 to 9 or anybody claiming through them do not in any manner interfere with the petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said land and crop and pass…”

Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant

Public Prosecutor.

Smt. Kalla Tulasi Durgamba, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits

that there is a standing crop raised by the Petitioner but the unofficial Respondents have been obstructing the Petitioners to harvesting the standing crop. In spite of there being a representation given to the Respondent Police dated 12.03.2026, that representation is not being considered by Respondent Nos.2 & 3.

Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that it appears that there are civil disputes in between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents and requested to pass appropriate orders.

The Petitioner has submitted representation to Respondent Nos.2 & 3, but that representation is not being considered by Respondent Nos.2 & 3. There is a standing maize crop ready for harvesting in the land of the Petitioner admeasuring to Ac.2.00 cents. There are interim orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.3688 & 11881 of 2024.
