made by the Petitioner vide Dated 11.11.2019 to restore her name in the Service Register of 3rd Respondent as his wife and nominee which is highly illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and contrary to law and violative of Articles 300-A and 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and violative of Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to forthwith act upon the Representation made by the Petitioner vide dated 11.11.2019 to restore the Petitioner name in the Service Register of 3rd Respondent as his wife and nominee and pass such other order or orders.

The petitioner herein filed representation dated 11.11.2009 to restore her name in the service register of 3^rd respondent as wife and nominee.

The petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that pending consideration of the Writ Petition, the 3^rd respondent died on 09.06.2023.

Without going into the merits of the case, the 2^nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 11.11.2009 made by the petitioner, in accordance with law after giving notice to any affected party. There shall be no order as to costs.

It is needless to say that the 2^nd respondent shall dispose of the representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
