The Court made the following ORDER:

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking the following relief.

“………to issue a Writ, Order or directions more particularity one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not taking appropriate action against the 4^th respondent, by considering the representations of petitioner dated 15.02.2021 and 24.02.2021, for involvement in criminal charges pending in FIR at serial No.10, Book No.1082, dated 29.11.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420 IPC and under Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(b) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently transfer the 4^th respondent to any non-sensitive post to prevent further misuse of his official power in granting loans to the Scheduled Caste and Backward Classes entrepreneurs for establishing their respective units….”.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing Sri Jupudi V.K.Yagnadutt, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2, on written instructions, submitted that 4^th respondent as on date is not functioning as the Managing Director of IFCI Venture Capital Funds Limited and also stood relieved from the services of IFCI Limited with effect from 29.02.2024, hence cause in the present

Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous.

Placing the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents on record, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
