The Instant Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the Petitioner for the following relief:

“..To Issue writ or order or direction particularly in the nature of writ of MANDAMU by declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 in not considering the Petitioners’ explanation along with all evidences submitted by the Petitioners as a President and General Secretary of the Petitioner Association, dated 06.03.2026 and not issued Electoral College List for conducting general body meeting and elections of the 2^nd Respondent federation dated 14.03.2026, at Lemon Tree Hotels, East Delhi mall, (Metro station-Anand Vihar ISBT) Plot No.1, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad- 201010, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No. 2 to allow the Petitioners for General Body Meeting authorized representatives of the Andhra Pradesh Judo Association, in the interest of the justice.”

Though the petitioners made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, without touching the merits of the case, to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 06.03.2026 of the Petitioners.

4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court need not decide the truth or otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in “The Government of India v. P.Venkatesh¹ ”, wherein the Apex Court held that such orders may make for a quick or easy disposal of cases in overburdened adjudicatory institutions. But, they do no service to the cause of justice. As the learned counsel for the petitioners himself requested to issue a direction to dispose of the representation dated 06.03.2026, this Court find no other alternative except to issue such direction.

5. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2^nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 06.03.2026 of the Petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
