The present writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“……to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondent No.1, in not passing any orders in proceedings vide Memo No.3109701/TW.CV/2026, filed against the Order passed by the District Collector, SPSR Nellore District in Proceedings No.Rc.C5(M)/14849/2017 dated 05.12.2025 is illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principal of Natural Justice and Violation of Article 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2^nd respondent to pass orders as expeditiously as possible in Memo No.3109701/TW.CV/2026 and also direct the 1^st respondent, till the passing of the final order in Memo No.3109701/TW.CV/2026, suspend the orders of the District Collector, SPSR Nellore District in Proceedings No.Rc.C5(M)/14849/2017 dated 05.12.2025 and pass such other order…..”

The only grievance of the petitioner is that as against the order dated 05.12.2025 passed by respondent No.2, where under the caste certificate of the petitioner was cancelled, he preferred appeal before respondent No.1 and the same is pending consideration. It is further contention of the petitioner that despite filing the miscellaneous application seeking to suspend the operation of the order passed by respondent No.2, respondent No.1 has not taken up the miscellaneous application for hearing.

It is the case of the petitioner that on complaint made by respondent No.3, respondent No.2 initiated action, eventually passed an order dated 05.12.2025 cancelling the caste certificate issued in favour of the petitioner. As this Court is not going into merits of the matter, notice to respondent No.3 is dispensed with.

In the circumstances, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.1 to dispose of the miscellaneous application filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. It is needless to mention till disposal of the application filed by the petitioner, no coercive action shall be initiated against the petitioner, pursuant to order dated 05.12.2025 passed by the 2^nd respondent.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
