Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings in Letter No.136997(Endts.II(1)/2015, dated 18-02-2016 issued by the respondent No.1 rejecting petitioners request for restoration of the period of the Trust Board which is deprived off in pursuance of the Act No.8 of 2014 which was later on struck down by this Hon'ble Court vide order, dated 30-12-2014 made in Writ Petition No.29I 89 of 2014 and batch as arbitrary, illegal and violative of the fundamental rights guaranteed to petitioners under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to restore the period of the Trust Board of the respondent No.3 appointed through the G.O.Rt.No.105, Revenue (Endowments-II) Department, dated 01-02-2014 and to continue it till for a period of 325 days i.e., till 25-12-2016.
