Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the Endorsement issued by the 4th respondent vide Special register No. 239/2024/B, dated 01.11.2024 thereby rejecting the application of the petitioner submitted for mutation of the name of family members of the petitioner in the revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Passbooks and Title deeds in favour of the family members of the petitioner in respect of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 6.20 Cents situate in Sy. No. 104 and an extent of Ac. 3.56 Cents in Sy. No. 139 of Danthaluru Village, Kollipara Mandal, Guntur District of the family of the petitioner and quash the same and consequently declare the said proceedings as illegal, irrational, arbitrary, against to the principal of natural justice besides violative of Articles 14 and 21 and the guarantee under Article 300-A of Constitution of India while directing the respondents to issue the Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac. 6.20 Cents situate in Sy. No. 104 and an extent of Ac. 3.56 Cents in Sy. No. 139 of Danthaluru Village, Kollipara Mandal, Guntur District of the family of the Petitioner in addition to the further direction not to interfere with the rights of the family members of the Petitioner herein in any manner whatsoever and pass
