This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.3 to 6 and their sub-ordinates in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land in Sy.No.235/2B to an extent of Ac.1-42 cents situated at Chinthamakulapalle village, Venkatagirikota Mandal of Chittoor District without issuing any notice and without initiating any proceedings as contemplated under law.

On the other hand, relying upon the written instructions of the 3^rd respondent, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the respondent Nos.3 to 6 are not interfering in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the land in Sy.No.235/2B to an extent of Ac.1-42 cents situated at Chinthamakulapalle village, Venkatagirikota Mandal of Chittoor District.

In view of the above said written instructions, no further orders are necessary, as no cause survives in this writ petition. The above said written instructions of the 3^rd respondent shall be made as part of the court record.
