The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the 1^st respondent in transferring the petitioner vide RC No.1077/OP.I/2022-

4 dated 21.02.2023, without assigning any reasons, despite the petitioner claiming spouse grounds, and during the operation of the election code, and seeking to set aside the said proceedings with a consequential direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner as Principal, Government Degree College for Men, Kurnool, Kurnool District.

Mr. Jada Sravan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitts that the petitioner has now been promoted to a higher post and, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition.
