Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that

in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in forming the road in petitioners vacant site property admeasuring 100 square yards covered by T.S.No.1147/P and 900 square yards in T.S.No.1148/P, total 1000 square yards situated in Bheemunipatnam Village and Mandal of Visakhapatnam District and consequential action of the respondents in insisting the petitioners to vacate from their said vacant site property without following any known procedure established by law and without

there being any authority of law as illegal, irregular, irrational, without any authority of law, violative of provisions of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and rules framed there under and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to evict the petitioners from their said vacant site property and also not form any road in petitioners' said sits property and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2021

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to form any road in petitioners' vacant site property admeasuring 100 square yards covered by T.S.No.1147/P and 900 square yards in T.S.No.1148/P, total 1000 square yards situated in Bheemunipatnam Village and Mandal of Visakhapatnam District and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from their above vacant site property without following due process of law pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024
