Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, requested this Court to close the writ petition, so as to enable to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the civil Court, particularly in O.S.No.90 of 2010 pending on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla.

Acceding to the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the civil Court in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
