Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in demolishing the temporary sheds and resorting to dispossess the petitioner from the temporary shed admeasuring 15 feet x 20 feet situated in the Railway Shopping Complex, Vizianagaram and also the inaction of the official respondents in considering the representation of the petitioner dt. 20.10.2015 and disposing of the same same as being illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the principles of natural justice and violative of Art. 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith restore possession of the land from which the petitioner was dispossessed on 19.10.2015 and pay

damages of the two tin sheds demolished and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.

IA NO: 1 OF 2015(WPMP 48003 OF 2015

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the temporary shed existing on the land admeasuring 15 feet x 20 feet situated in Railway Shopping Complex, Vizianagaram, without following due process of law, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

On 17.09.2025, this Court issued notice to the petitioner as the

petitioner’s counsel is no more. But, the notice returned unserved.

Though this case listed number of times, there is no

representation either in person or through counsel to the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the

case.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
