Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue Writ or Order or Direction more particularly in the Nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation dated 08.10.2025 to rectify the errors in Survey number 64/2 which is entered as Ac 04.72 cents instead of original extent of Ac 05.00 cents of Madhavaram Village, Thallur Mandal, Prakasam District by modifying the wrong extent of land entered in revenue records while conducting Resurvey under YSR JSBHBR/HBRSVAMITVA Scheme as per Section 6 of Andhra Pradesh Panchayath Raj Act, 1994 and as per Go.M.S.NO. 367, PR and RD (Pts-1) department dated 28.08.1998 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Article 14,21,300A of the Constitution of India and consequently to amend the revenue records as per pattadar passbook, 1-B issued in my name and consequently direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.10.2025 to rectify the errors while conducting the resurvey by amending the entries in online revenue records and pass

The present writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 08.10.2025 for rectification of errors committed during the resurvey by amending the entries in the online revenue records.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the Memo No.3079128/LANDS.IV/2025, dated 22.12.2025, and submitted that the respondent authorities have considered the request of the petitioner and have taken appropriate action through the said memo. It was further submitted that instructions were also issued to all the concerned authorities to resolve grievances relating to (1) Extent Variation and (2) Joint LP Nos…/LPMs.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4^th respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2)
