Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue the Writ order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents to dispossess the petitioner from the land of an extent of 0.23 cents in R.S.No.315/2 of Veeravalli Village, Bapulapadu Mandal, Krishna District without following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal, capricious and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Article 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner and pass such other orders as may be deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
