customers/pilgrims to the shop of petitioner after finalization of tender in favour of petitioner and after payment of license fee on 14.06.2025 and 25.06.2025, thereby subjecting the petitioner to severe loss and further action of respondents in not allowing the petitioner even to shift the shop to any other places to uphill or near Sivalayam or downhill at exit / entry of Mahamandapam, requested by petitioner in alternative for operating license rights as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents to remove the partition raised to close the vicinity and approach of petitioner shop in 5th floor of Mahamandapam or in alternative to allow the petitioner to shift her shop to uphill or near Sivalayam or downhill at exit / entry of Mahamandapam, as requested by petitioner through representation dt 23.10.2025, in the interest of Justice and pass

2. Petitioner filed I.A.No.1 of 2026 seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition and further prayed that liberty may be given to file fresh Writ Petition further if necessary, in the interest of justice.

3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, permission for withdrawal of Writ Petition is accorded giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh Writ Petition further if necessary.
