Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be

pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to direct the respondents to get the survey of petitioner's sites conducted as per boundaries in registered sale deed dated 06-03-1961, bounded by East Your cattle shed, West Land of Edulapalle Subbareddy, North Vacant site of Vendors, and South Water well and also registered sale deed dated 05-08-1953 bounded. East Land of vendors, West Water well, North House of Yesobu, South Vacant site of vendors and pass order or orders.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to get the survey of petitioner's sites conducted as per boundaries in registered sale deed dated 06.03.1961.

This court vide proceedings dated 19.01.2026 directed the petitioner herein to file an application for conducting survey as per the procedure as contemplated under law. Accordingly the petitioner herein has made an application to the authorities to conduct survey. Consequently, the respondent authorities have conducted survey on 28.01.2026..

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed written instructions dated 31,01.2026 addressed by the Tahsildar, Nandyal Rural Mandal. The said written instructions would indicates that the respondents are in order to give full effect to the directions contained in the order of the Hon’ble High Court, the Surveyor has issued notice to the effected parties to be present for conducting survey, accordingly, the survey was conducted on 28.01.2026 and fixed the boundaries as per the registered sale deed dated 06.03.1961.

The grievance of the Writ Petitioner is addressed by the respondent authorities. Hence, no further orders are required to pass in the instant writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the way of conducting the survey, he is at liberty to file appeal proceedings in accordance with law.
