Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has placed before this Court a copy of the written instructions received from the 4^th respondent dated 02.09.2025. A perusal of the same would reflect that the respondents herein have not initiated any action to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land and as of now, and nobody had obstructed the petitioner. It is further stated that the petitioner has constructed a RCC building over an extent of Ac.0.05 cents in Sy.No.5 and a possession certificate has also been issued in the said regard.

The said written instructions of the 4^th respondent dated 02.09.2025 are placed on record.
