Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the Respondent Nos.2 to 7 more particularly the 3 rd Respondent in considering and acting upon the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2026 enabling the petitioner to submit and process an application for conversion of his agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.00 cents in Survey No. 60- 2B situated at Panthamaguluru Village and Santhamaguluru Mandal Prakasam District from agricultural use to non-agricultural use either by rectifying the technical server-related problems in the prescribed online portal or by providing an alternative offline manual mode and in keeping the land conversion process as illegal arbitrary unreasonable without authority of law and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents forthwith consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2026 enable the petitioner to submit his application for conversion of the subject land either through the online portal or by accepting the same through offline manual mode and process and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court and pass
