The petitioners have filed the present writ petitions seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and grant renewal of the petitioners’ applications for the D.El.Ed./D.Ed. Course for the academic years 2024– 2025 to 2027–2028.

In this regard, the respondents have completed all the required compliance formalities and have also conducted an inspection of the facilities available with the petitioners. The Committee has also recommended grant of affiliation for the period from 2024–2025 to 2027–2028.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the proposals of the petitioners are pending before respondent No.2 and that necessary orders shall be passed shortly. Instructions to that effect are placed on record.

Recording the same, the writ petitions are disposed of. Respondent No.2 shall pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
