Narasimham at Hyderabad on 13-08-2026 and Kept the said Vehicle in the Possession of the C.I.D., Police only even though the said Vehicle is not Seized officially as well as the said Vehicle is no way connected to any Crime Property and the action of the Respondents it is nothing but an Illegal, Unlawful, Unknown to the Law, Violation of Principles of Natural Justice, Violation of Article 14,19,21 of the Constitution of India Consequently to direct the Respondents to Return the Petitioners Vehicle i.e., Motor Cycle bearing Reg., No. AP 39 NM 5927 along with Key by Allowing the Writ Petition

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:

“….. to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents i.e., C.I.D., Police taken away the Petitioners Motor Cycle i.e., VESPA ZX bearing Registration No. AP 39 NM 5927 Chassis Number MET00006A20019459 Engine Number M853M3075872 bearing Reg., No. AP 39 NM 5927 while Riding the said Vehicle by the Petitioners husband one Mr. K.V. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R. Siva

Sai Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis , the petitioner found the subject vehicle at Hyderabad and is inclined to take appropriate steps accordingly.

Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader

for Home, submits that the respondent-police have not seized the vehicle and that the subject vehicle is at Hyderabad.

Accordingly, recording the submission of the respective counsel on record by leaving open to the petitioner to work out his legal remedies in terms of law, this Writ Petition is closed.

There shall be no order as to costs. Interlocutory applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
