Court to withdraw the present writ petition on the ground that the petitioner

is not interested in prosecuting the matter. To that effect, he has also filed a letter dated 02.02.2026 before the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There

shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
