Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topass an appropriate Writ, direction or order more particularly in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the Respondent Nos.2 to 7 in exercising the powers vested on them under Section 51 and 52 of Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Society Act, 1964 by considering the representation dated 26.04.2025, 04.06.2025, 25.08.2025 and 08.04.2016 on the financial as well as constitutional and working irregularities committed by the Respondent No.8 as arbitratory. illegal, abduction of the statutory duties caste on them apart from being contrary to the provisions of Sections 51 and 52 of Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Society Act, 1964 apart from being Fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 7 to conduct appropriate inspection/enquiry under Sections 51, 52 and 54 of Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Society Act, 1964 against the financial irregularities committed by Respondent No.8 as Chief Executive Officer (Full Additional Charge) of Respondent No.5 bank and pass

The Court made the following order:

The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 5^th respondent in initiating action against the irregularities committed by respondent No.8. In this regard, the petitioner submitted representations dated 26.04.2025, 04.06.2025 and 25.08.2025.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submits that the enquiry against respondent No.8 is under process and that letters have been addressed to the concerned University for ascertaining the genuineness of the educational certificates submitted by respondent No.8.

It is further submitted that the Deputy General Manager of the Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank (APCOB) has been appointed as the Enquiry Officer and that, soon after receipt of the required information, appropriate proceedings, if found necessary, shall be initiated against respondent No.8.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, if so aggrieved with the report. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
