Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records of the respondent no.4 in conferring recognition, vide its letter dt.21.05.2025 to respondent no.6 and 7 as office bearers of the respondent no.5, in sheer contravention of the clauses 3, 13, 19 (iii) and 21 of Bye-laws of the respondent no.5 Association, despite the fact the respondent no.5 is well represented by respondent no.8 as its President and respondent no.7 as its General Secretary vide Election declaration letter dt. 31.05.2023 and subsisting tenure for a period of 04 (four years) from the date of the election as blind fold, arbitrary to the core, illegal, colourable exercise of power, violation of principles of natural justice and violative of the fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to quash and set aside the letter dt.21.05.2025 issued by the respondent no.4 to respondent no.6 and 7 as office bearers of the respondent no.5 and it is consequentially prayed to direct the respondent no.2, 3 and 4 to extend and continue all the benefits in terms of the declaration of the election of the bearers dt.31.05.2023 i.e., continuance of the petitioner as Vice President 2 of the respondent no.5 Association and pass such
