Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the Tender Notice bearing Rc.No.8478/S4/2025, dated 20-08- 2025 issued by the 5th respondent for supply of drugs without following the tender procurement rules issued by the respondents 1 and 2 from time to time as arbitrary, illegal, capricious and violative of fair play and consequently set aside the same by directing the Respondents to follow the due procedure for procurement of drugs by following e- procurement rules and pass
