The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article

226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:

“to issue Writ order or direction more particulars one in the writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings in letter No.122/Q/2012, dated 07.07.2014 of the 1^st respondent as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice besides violative of Articles 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and direct the 1^st respondent not to interfere with the quarrying and stone crushing activity of the petitioner and pass such other order or orders, that are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case”
