The notice in respect of the 6th respondent is dispensed with, since no adverse order is passed affecting the interest of the 6th respondent.

any order of revocation by the authority, the petitioner shall not be obstructed from supplying commodities to the villagers. The respondents 2 and 3 shall allow the petitioner to supply commodities to the villagers in respect of the F.P. Shop No.737021, Thimmapuram Village, Edlapadu Mandal, Palnadu District. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
